The music of India includes multiple varieties of folk, popular, classical music. India's classical music tradition, including Carnatic and Hindustani music, has history spanning millennia and, developed over several eras, it remains fundamental to the lives of Indians as sourceof spiritual inspiration cultural expression and pure entertainment.
Human feelings in all their varieties have found expressions through innumerable melodies of Indian music. Indian music is also a prayer to the Lord. Among the mainstreams, the music from the North India is called Hindustani and the music from the South is called Karnatic.
VOICE provides lessons for Hindustani vocal and instrumental (tabla, harmonium, sitar & santoor) music.
